I was obese at the age of 14, and through dedication, patience, and the support from my trainers I was able to overcome the hardest barrier in my life: my weight. Now everyday I wake up and think about how I’m going to run that extra mile, work that extra set, and spar that last round. Exercise was at first for me a grueling choice, but after months and years of training it turned to a lifestyle that made healthier and happier than the person before. Life can change any way you want, and even I understand how hard it is to get going without that push. Whether you’re looking to lose fat, build muscle, set up routine/meal plan, or learn something new; beginning a training program will lead you to becoming a stronger, healthier, happier version of yourself.

Services offered:

*Note: Separate gym membership is not necessary for any services

  • Able to meet at any client’s house/apartment, and/or able set up a workout at a specific location.

  • Meal Plan/Nutritional Guidance

  • Able to construct effective weight/resistance training regimen whether on a budget or at a gym.  (Minimal to no equipment)

  • Able to teach classes for commercial Cardio Kickboxing, or for competitive fighters.

  • Can improve on:

    • Muscle Endurance

    • Muscle Strength (Power)

    • Muscle Flexibility

    • Balance

    • Exercise Form/Technique

    • Self Defense Capabilities

AMA has trained Martial Arts since the age of 11, starting with Shaolin Kempo Karate and transitioning to Muay Thai and boxing at the age of 16. After years of perfecting technique and training with the likes of Amadeu Christano, Steve “Put Em’ To Sleep” Walker, and other various fighters, AMA is able to construct personalized training regimens that can help anyone improve. AMA is currently studying Psychology and Neuroscience, and updates his knowledge along with the science published. AMA has tailored his education to understanding the chemical and philological components of how the brain works with the body, and has taken courses nutritional biology courses to prepare him as a trainer.
